A true custom bike frame is one that is made only after the builder has received expert data (which we collect through a thorough fit session) on your physical dimensions, your natural and comfortable cycling position, and the sort of riding you aspire to do with your new bike. The frame builder takes all this information into account, then selects materials, frame dimensions and angles, fabrication methods and even paint/decal options to your liking. The result is a bike frame uniquely designed and produced for one person: YOU.
All Serotta bicycle frames (except the stock-sized Fierte models) are custom built based on your specific measurements and desired ride quality. Similarly, there are many other independent frame builders around the country (many highly reputable ones within the Bay Area region, no less) with whom we can work to produce just the bicycle that promises you years and years of riding fulfillment.
